Sinthu Kosasih, MD

Dr. Sinthu describes himself as both a doctor and athlete. Before obtaining his Medical degree from Tongji University in China, he previously received his Bachelor’s degree from Imperial College London in Biochemistry. Dr. Sinthu is certified in Age Management Medicine along with the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and awaiting his certification process from the American Board of Anti-aging and regenerative medicine. 

When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Sinthu is a competitive athlete in various sports, focusing on running and functional sports such as Hyrox. His extensive experience in sports performance and nutrition for athletes allows him to easily connect with individuals who are into sports as well. Dr Sinthu is a strong believer in the words ‘walk the talk’, and does his best in setting himself as an example and role model for a ‘healthy’ lifestyle when it comes to meeting his patients.

Currently based in Thailand, Dr. Sinthu’s specialities include; anti-aging and regenerative medicine, age management medicine, lifestyle medicine, men’s health sport supplements.
